Working in General Aviation has its challenges, as is running a GA company. As with most things during this day and age, there are always changes afoot and regulatory compliance to meet, along with staff moving on to bigger and better things (including bigger aircraft!)
The team at PanAir are proud of our past and present pilots and their incredible achievements. We recognize the need for our pilots to learn and move on in the industry and we are thrilled that we can help them on that journey.
Our pilots have gone onto various careers including Flying Doctors, Police Airwing, major international and regional airlines, check and training roles and more.
We pride ourselves on providing a great environment to learn and gain new skills, while also helping to support and mentor younger pilots and engineers into aviation roles. With the most recent addition of our flight training school, we can now offer additional pathways into becoming a PanAir Pilot.
We are involved with various organisations including the (WAI) Women in Aviation Australia, AOPA, Antique Aeroplane association, AWPA and Australian Warbirds.
